warmer weather= tranny problems?

Not so much a huge problem but now that the weather is starting to warm up my tranny is acting up, it did it last summer but during the winter it stopped.
its the ax15 manual. its fine when its been sitting for a while or if its cooler out but once i start driving for a longer period (more than half hour or so) if i pull to a stop it gives me trouble putting it into first gear. Also when if i pull second "to hard" it will grind. I changed the tranny fluid this past fall with synthetic tranny oil, even put some lucas in it.
Any ideas?
