waggy axle questions

i am picking up a set of waggy d44's and a looking for gears i know some isuzu redeo's com with 4.56 gears on a small carrier since the axles i have are coming with 2.somthing gears i was wanting to know if i could snag a n set of 4.56 from an isuzu d 44 and reuse the same carrier or do i have to get new carriers or use the isuzu carrier and can i do the same for the front let me know cause this is a crazy idea i just had
