Do all YJ's have them? Where are they installed? What do they do?

They are under the battery. A little bulb thing. It's for use of the 4wd system if I'm not mistaken.

Adopt your pets. Don't shop for them.

Yep. The CAD system is vacuum operated. Without the reservoir, you'll lose 4WD when you romp on the gas pedal.
