Vac Lines

I believe that it is 6 vac lines total for my 4wd. Unfortunately i cannot afford a locker at this time, but I still wouldnt mind having my 4wd back. If anybody can tell me what size vac line i need, and roughly how many feet i would greatly appreciate it.

The vacuum harness from Jeep is a little bit $$$, but probably the most reliable way to fix. Lockers won't fix it, a cable loc will.

What I am wondering is can you just re-run vac lines in the exsisting one... My Battery leaked on mine and toasted them...

Yes, you can patch them in, I had to do that a few months ago because mine got too close to the exhaust and it melted the little plastic tubes. Just pick up some of the small (5/16" I believe) rubber vacuum hose and slide it over the ends of the plastic lines after you cut out the bad section. Mine works fine--

During the week probably wouldn't work for me but the weekend might be a possiblility unless something comes up... I still need to get all of my stuff too.
I looked at my lines and I only have 4 (2-yellow, and 2-green) I believe.

Also Brandon,
Did you call anywhere to see if anyone carried the whole assembly... I called Checker and he told me that I would probably have to call the dealership or an off road shop... I think I might buy the Posi-lok and say screw the whole vacuum setup. After inspecting my lines closer, They are totally shot, I will have to start completely over. There is no way I can do patch work on it...
