Upgrading fuel pressure regulator 4.5 stroker

Hi guys, I need to upgrade my fuel regulator from my stock 39 psi to fit my 4.5 stroker. I'm pretty sure mine is about toast and it's a necessary upgrade from what I've heard for a stroker. Anyways in another thread a guy was telling me his was outta a 5.2 v8 or something along those lines. What have you guys done?

In looking for one that runs around 50 psi or something to go good with my ford 24lb injectors, and something that isn't going to break my bank account. Thanks
