Well, start out by cleaning things up. Take all the bulbs out of their sockets, clean stuff up, put some dielectric gel on the base of the bulbs and put them back together. The ground for the brake lights/tail lights is the mounting bolts. Take them off, clean the contacts up until their are nice and shiny, and put them back together.
Switch the flasher for the hazards and the blinkers (the two round things at the fuse box) to see if that fixes the blinkers.
I know you say the bulbs are good, but if that doesn't work, I'd think the next thing to check is if the bulbs are really good.
If the hazards and taillights work, its up front somewhere unless there is some trouble with a trailer wiring plug. From the body harness connector back, its the same wires for hazards and brake and turn. The magic happens in the turn signal switch
So, replaced the fuses and relays, still no lights. Got a new turn signal switch from autozone, gonna put that in tomorrow. All the wires are testing good, so hoping that is going to fix the problem, I'll update tomorrow.
