Turn Signal

I just recently bought a 1995 yj. I noticed when driving it for the first time that whenever I turned left my turn signal would not automatically click off once the wheel came back around. Each time I would have to manually click it off as I would for changing lanes. However when I turn right everything is fine. What part do I need to fix this and what steps should I take to repair it?

Go to AZ and borrow a steering wheel and a lock plate puller. Once you remove those two pieces and a couple more, you should see what is up. Sean is spot on and you may see the little spring laying in there and can reinstall it. If not, buy a new turn signal switch assembly. The only hard part is snaking the wire harness out then in. I put tape on mine to hold the connector sideways so it fits better.
