Tube Sizes

Ok guy's so i got my tube bender the other week and im looking to make my own tube fenders, Side steps on my rock guards, and stinger on the front bumper


What sizes of tube is the most common used ??

I would say 1 1/2 or 1 3/4.

Fenders- 1"x1/8" (needs to handle a good branch whack here and there)
Side steps- 1 1/2"x3/16" and I'd weld a piece of mesh on the top for grip (I'm sure you have plans already)
Stinger- 2"x1/4"

My front homebrew tube fenders are made from 1.5" .120 wall. I think they're proportionate.

1" is too small....Maybe for fenders but typically you use that for windshield bars and grab bars on the roll cage. My opinion is 1 1/2....it looks right, its light. Anything bigger just looks to big for the size of a wrangler.
