Tube fenders that accept factory flares?

I really like the look of tube fenders, and my stock ones have rusted out and are in need of replacement. I'm not in a hurry to do this yet, but I'm looking for options.

I don't want to do a hack and slash trim job on some replacements. I do need flares, as this is my daily driver and the law around here is no more than 1" of tire exposed. I also need an inner fender.

Another constraint is that whatever I go with has to be cheap. No $700 PSC with flare jobbies.

I want something like this:

These are for a TJ, way over budget, and don't have an inner fender.

So, basically, I'm looking for a set of bolt-on tube fenders on the cheap with provisions for stock flares (with some trimming in the front) and an inner fender.

Anybody make what I'm looking for?

Since you're not in a hurry, why not just make your own? If you don't know how to weld - find a way to learn, it's not that difficult if you're determined.

If you can't afford your own welder, learn to weld & then rent one or borrow one.

Take a class & use the shop welder to do a project of your own if at all possible. We use to do it everyday for years - no problem.

If they don't come out exactly like you wish, you'll know who to speak with.

Easy job, just time consuming.

If you don't want to invest your own time, then you'll probably have to pay somebody else for there time, tools & skills. That's what it really boils down to if you think about it.

I knew Poison Spider does, but I was unaware of TNT making them.

I know that Tolly can do custom one of jobs by request. ig you want something else, it can't hurt to ask him.

Turns out that I have access to a bender and a mig. I think that I can make my own, and anyway, it would be more satisfying to say, "Yep, I made those."

A few questions about their construction:

What size tubing is best?
How thick should the mounting plates be?
What will the cost for materials approximate to?

How is the inside portion of your fender? many of the kits keep everything inboard of the hood line, so if your rust extends beyond that it may be a problem (I've been watching these as i kind of want to keep my stock fenders around incase I don't like tube fenders after awhile...)
