Trip

Goin on a trip from O-town (odenton to those foreigners) md, to salem alabama. Then from salem down to pennsacola florida. its like 2100 miles round trip. Any ideas what to bring? Ive changed oil, transmission fluid, transfercase fluid, rear diff fluid, front diff was ok. Air filter, plugs, cap and rotor new in spring. I changed the pilot bushing(dont ask). Just looking for what people bring on long trips.

Earplugs! Went from Frederick to the Outer Banks, NC a week ago; the other cars' tires were very loud! Especially on concrete highways, and don't even mention the semi's tires! I ran lower doors only and a mesh bikini top. Very happy with the 4 banger on the open road!

Took a 3990 mile trip last year. Tried to stay off the main highways (ei 4 lane). Carried: extra 10 gallon of gas, my guage is not reliable.
Extra Ujoints. Normally shell one about 5K miles.
Spare tire.
5 gallon of water (this was to drink).
Brake fluid (don't know why, it is just in my tool box)
Normal hand tools.

I had to much lift and no SYE/CV. Have fixed the problem since them.
