Transmission Knock

92 4.0L 5-speed - There is a knocking noise coming from my transmission when I sit idle. When I put it in gear or just press in the clutch the knock goes away. I replaced the pilot bearing, slave, throwout bearing, and clutch about 10k miles ago. What could be the problem?

Thanks!

I am having this very same issue with my 95....Did it turn out to be the throw out bearing?
