transmission HELP!!!

I have a problem, my tranny grinds when i go into 3rd gear, thats the only gear it does that in. It doest grind when i put the shifter in gear slow, but when i go into gear at a normal speed of moving the shifter it grinds. WHAT IS WRONG??? PLEASE HELP ME??? i am suppost to be going to las cruces to rock crawl in 2 weeks...

my buddy had a similar problem with 2nd gear, he bought some BG Syncro Shift Transmission fluid and the grinding stopped
