well with all work done the clutch is a bit stiffer but it still clashes gears and every so often i have to reapply the clutch to get into first

Got good pedal? Sure it is completely bled? Can try bleeding more, keep res full as it is tiny. Have heard of others pumping clutch pedal like a thousand times to work air out but I'm more comfy with the conventional way.

....I'm not smart, but I can lift heavy things.......

i filled the trans with fresh fluid to day it helped a little atleast i can get into first a lot easier but it still grinds if i pump the gas between gear changes it wont grind but will if i dont i am quite confused what to do next
