Okay, since nobody else chimed-in....I'll head to the garage (stoping by the refrigerator first to grab a beer or two ) then crawl under my POS & take a few measurements for ya'.

After a few beers, the measurements are likely not going to be perfect.

From center zerk to center zerk of the axle tube lower & upper bushing bolts = 6.5"

From the axle tube lower zerk to the johnny joint bolt center = 29 7/8"

From the axle tube upper zerk to the johnny joint bolt center = 28 7/8"

The shackle bolts center to center = 4"

One very important thing to remember is that the MORE TB is adjustable. Mine is adjusted all the way in. So, in other words, the upper measurement could be longer if my pinion angle was not as steep, plus the manner you attach it to a crossmember also effects this measurement.

The goal is for when it sits statically, the shackle sits 90* perpendicular to an imaginary line between the upper & lower traction bar tubes.

Joe,

Do you have a picture of what you are describing above? I have a Sams offroad bar, but it is the old one that is not adjustable. I have a custom built crossmember that it will mount to. I think I see what you are saying, but a picture would help.

Sorry for the hijack.

Thanks,

Jared

This pic is about as close as I have to what I was trying to describe. It's not the best, but close to what I mentioned.
