That leaking line must be the culperate if was leaking into the throttle body before this would have made it run lean as heck and cause all kinds of wierd issues, now that the leak is possibly external to the trottle body you may bit be getting any fuel at all now.. Humn... You still have pressurexat the rail while cranking?
