Actually, my bumper was on my wife's YJ so I had to swap front bumpers with my wife's '93 (a while back I needed to tow hers after a breakdown and the towbar brackets were already on my bumper) so I've had all 8 of the Torx fasteners off of the two YJ's front bumpers in the past 6 months or so. They're all in good shape believe it or not!

You aren't kidding!! The thing is as long as it has to do with a Wrangler, he has nothing but time for it. Ask him to do something around the house...that's a whole different story

Not from my perspective.....

But she's right as usual, seriously.

My list of things that I should be doing far exceeds the list of Jeep crap that I want to do.

I really need to be more in tune with the "other" stuff & ease up on the Jeep stuff, but such is the way of an addiction I assume.

Ever since ditching my front bumper and putting a stocker back on I've been thinking about getting some hooks for up front... no more D-rings.
Max, I like the look of the ones you got. Winter is coming and I'm sure I'll be pulling a person or two out of a ditch.
So thanks for reminding me to do this.

BTW: Hi Mrs. MeanMax!!!
I really need to find my way back down to Florida sometime. I promised to share a beer or two with your hubby.

I miss the old look of my Jeep.

Now it looks like this.
... it's just.... lacking.

Nice write up Max I bought the ones from Qtech that have three holes and the third hole lines up with the hole closest to the radiator on the bumper. but mine was not the same size as the bolts that came with it (1/2 x 1 1/2) So i was searching around the garage looking for something that would fit because i figured only one would not work very well.. i got a head bolt from a small block chevy and it fits but looks different that the other one

and it is strong because i had a jeep hooked up to me and a toyota hooked up to that jeep and it didn't budge!
