I put a 3 1/2 inch Tough Country lift on my '89 YJ, it seems to work fine and looks good, we had trouble with the transfer case drop kit though, the bolts have allen wrench heads! and they were barely long enough, so we chucked them and used a Teraflex transfer case lowering kit from my friends TJ. I bought the lift because Tough Country is a Utah company, the leaf springs are made in Canada though, and who knows where the shocks came from. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with it.
