Ok guys I've been thinking about doing this for a while also. I was wondering, how many bolts would it take to do the entire body? I'm talking windshield hinges, door hinges, tailgate hinges, all the body bolts that are counter sunk torx head. Also is the correct size 5/16 x 18 x 1 or 1.25"? Thanks guys

You always need one more bolt than you have on hand.

Suggest purchasing a 5/16x18 assortment from Gardner-Westcott. They will come in a nifty hinged metal drawer that they throw in for free.
