Torn, shackle reversal lift or spring lift?

I'm having a terrible time deciding this, I do plan to offroad, but road manners are very important to me as well. My stock springs still have a slight positive arch in them (91 YJ islander) so they have some life left in them, the ride is pretty decent as is. I plan on running 31" tires so my lift needs aren't radical. What will I get the best all around performance from? Full traction 2" shackle reversal lift, or a RE or BDS spring lift?

I'd say go with a suspension kit from either one of those two (personally, I run RE stuff on both of my CJs). The kit comes with everything you need and I would describe my ride as controlled plushness (for a CJ anyways... ).

If road manners are important, I say get the spring lift.
