Toed in tire, brand new and wearing terribly?

I put on some new tires about 2k miles ago. My front passenger side is toe'd in at the bottom. I had them aligned, then noticed it shortly after. Les schwab said they can't do anything, as only the camber can be adjusted? According to them I would have to get some offset bearing kit or something that costs a LOT, and I think that's bogus.

Anyone experienced this? I mean, it's rubbing my tread off on the outside rim pretty fast. Visibly so after only 2k miles? That's pretty bad. Any ideas, experience, or help?

Caster and toe are the only adjustments.
Seems like somethings bent or bad ball joints.
This is an example of negative camber and it seems you have positive at least on one side.
If it was incorrect toe it would wear on both sides.

I poor boy mine and it works well. get it on a flat even driveway. If you drew a line in the middle of the tire horizontal go to the inside of the right tire at that height. Measure the front (on the same axle, the front). Then measure the back. I toe mine in 1/4" and it's all good. I make sure my tire pressure is even and use a patern on the tire tread to measure off of. It would give you a good feel as to how far off your toe in/out is to begin with.

Then. Lift the front end off the ground and see if you have any play in the wheel.

Go from there........
