As far as the doors go... I was able to put the TJ uppers on my YJ doors with no modification (without the rear bar in) just like Ripper did above. I have since cut off the rear, but haven't welded it on to fit due to interference with the YJ soft top and TJ door uppers. It actually helps to have the uppers be able to push out a little until I get the TJ top to fit the shape of the uppers.

I also am using rampage uppers.

I literally just finished installing this on my '91 YJ, it is quite a tight fit. I'm not complaining though, because it beats the hell out of having winter cold wind blowing in my face.
