You know it lookes like he may have moved the catch pin on the jeep itsself to match up with where the door catch mechanism sits. You are definitly right. He didnt just switch panels. If you look in your pic of the YJ door the catch is also alot higher. than on the TJ door.


1995 YJ. 2 inch BDS Spring lift. 1 inch shackle lift. 1.25 inch JKS Body Lift 33x12.5x15's. Engo 10,000 pound winch.

-1990 YJ, 2.5L, AX-15, lifted, locked, on 35's.

-1999 XJ, 4.0, AW4, lifted 4.5", JK Rubi take offs.

Any idea if there would be any clearance issues by the speakers or with aftermarket cage that mounts to the stanchions

Black 1993 YJ 4.0, 5 Speed
Slowly but surely getting better and better. Trailer build soon!!

on the positive side holes in door panels are easy to relocate, doesnt take much to hide the original hole either
