Do I need wheel spacers to fit 33x12.5 tires and also would I need a lift at all? Anything will help

You'll need ~4" of lift to clear 33" tires, assuming you don't want to hack up the body to make room. As far as width, it all depends on the backspacing of whichever wheel you choose to mount those tires on.
