Tire size increase

I have a 95 yj with the 4cly engine, I'am runing 32's. Right now on the highway I can drive 70, 75 and turn 2800 to 3000 rpm. I would like to put 33's on but not sure how much power I would lose. Since I'am only going up one tire size whould it even make that much of difference. Also I'am a runing a steel wheel, if I went to a alloy wheel whould the weight difference of the steel wheel to alloy wheel make up for the increase in tire size. Any answers or comments please.(I have stock 4.10 gears)

you'll never see 5th gear again.. be running in 3rd, and 4th on the freeway.
