timming chain
94 YJ 2.5 I am totally frustraited trying to align the sprockets. Does the cam sprocket have to be a press fit. its hard to align sprockets and push the sprockets on. Having a lifted vehicle doesnt help the access. Can I enlarge the cam sprocket spring pin hole to ease the fitting of the sprockets. Thanks for the help. Woody

Check your cam and gear for any Burr's or obstructions, Then take some sand paper and clean the gear and cam.
