I need to figure out if I am going to be able to slide my legs under the steering wheel with a tilt column, or am I going to have to cut down the seat frame. And if it will put the steering wheel at an akward angle in a higher setting to get my legs to fit.
23" from the floor to the bottom of the wheel, 13" from the dash to the bottom of the wheel:
19 from the floor to the bottom of the wheel, 12" from the dash to the bottom of the wheel:
This is the "difference". I couldn't easily hold the tape measure there and take a picture so I used my hands. It's about 3-1/2"-4-1/4" difference.
Please note: I have Grand Cherokee seats, and they're much higher / closer than the stock seats.
