There is a "Y" under the driver side next to the frame rail. There is an adjusting nut on the end of the "Y". Make sure you have good shoes before you tighten up this adjusting nut.

THe nut on m adjuster was seized to the screw. Wound up removing the assembly and grinding the nut off. Put on a new one, and good to go.

Didnt work, but now that I rebuilt the brakes, it's back. Turns out worn shoes covered in fluid from a leaking wheel cylinder dont promote proper function.
