Taking pictures during disassembly?

Anyone else do it?
I've got a little water proof digital camera, best tool for fixing the jeep IMO, I can take pictures and go to the parts store, take pictures while I take stuff apart, take pictures of the bits laid out, and then have a reference when I put it back together, I forget whenever I go to work because I don't get back to it for 4 days.

I have, literally, thousands, of pics from my engine and drivetrain swap. Just so I know where everything went before I tear into it....where wires go, where connectors, hoses, yada yada yada.

Technically, that last one's a triple post.

I usually use pics to get my point across to either the parts shop or on a support forum. I usually remember reassembly details, but often fall short on trying to explain something to someone else. For this, the pics are priceless.

thanks,
