Tailgate lock same as doors?

Can anyone tell me if the tailgate lock is the same lock the doors use? I have no keys that fit any of the locks. The ignition was swapped and uses a gm ignition switch with it's own key so it does not fit anything else on the Jeep. I can find plenty of places on the web that sell door lock sets but I can't find anything at all on the tailgate lock. Thanks.

You could probably get all 3 rekeyed to match as cheap as you could get 3 matching lock cylinders new..... Go ask a locksmith, if he's too high you might have lost 20 min.

They are the same....but if you plan to buy new ones just go to the lock smith and have them match and cut a key for them..Its not expensive maybe 20 bucks depending where you go...i had it done and 2 keys cut for 12 bucks from a professional lock but that was for the console which they had to remove the lock but they wont have to do all that just swing by or call them you will save some money
