Yeah, he seems to be pushing the rough counrty pretty hard. I asked him for a quote on the rubicon express 4" and he immediately tried to sell me rough country. He said it was the exact same kit.

605.00 shipped US

Rough Country kit - same exact parts, same exact shocks - 475.00 shipped.

Same exact springs ?

The RE springs that come in the standard kit were at one time Pro Comp springs which were off shore stuff... the RC springs use the same company that makes all OEM GM springs on truck for the lift kits. These springs are actually better made and more durable than most of the cheapo kits out there. We have used them a lot in the last 2 months... if they were not good stuff I would not attach my company name to them.

The ED springs are a different ball game.. RE uses a company in Canada to make those as does BDS Suspension to make the same springs. They are geared more for off road use and made to be abused. I have a BDS kit in stock as well...

I'll still go with rubicon express after hearing all the horror stories about RC

Well hopefully he'll allow me to refuse the shipment and just send the RE kit on.

He was cheaper than most online dealers however, most online dealers don't charge you anything for returns we'll see how this plays out i guess shrug...

Ya RC is a NO NO. WAY TOO MANY horror stories, go w/ BDS, the warranty is WAY worth it, even the RE is a pretty good deal, but definitley no RC
