Supertop vs. factory soft top?

are these the same? would a duster deck cover which says its for a 92-95 jeep with a supertop fit on a jeep which came with the factory soft top, or is the hardware different?

All I can say is stay away from Steel Horse. I bought a Steel Horse top and within 1 year, the threads all started to rot. I have been redoing all the seams by hand with a sewing awl. It seems every day a new seam splits due to rotting thread.
