Supertop question

Hey does anyone know if i can replace a supertop rear window (above tailgate) with anything other than a supertop window replacement? I only see replacement kits that are for all 3 back windows. Also, i just got my soft top from someone on craigslist yesterday and i'm pretty sure its the supertop hardware, but will it say supertop on the tag in the back? Mine says bestop and thats it.
