Superlift/Back diamond systems

I plan on buying a lift soon for a 95 2.5 hardtop (I am not going to get a RC) But I am on a budget also. I was looking at the 3.5" Super Lift soft system then seen that the Black diamond was now built by Super lift. What is up with this?
I am just getting back into yj's after 2 xj's but I remember back when I had my last yj that Warn built Black Diamond and it was a very good system.

Now for my Q"s

Why would I want to buy a Black Diamond kit when it's now built buy Super lift?
Would it perform as well as the Super Lift 2.5l soft system? (I have not found any spring rate info yet)
Also should I get the soft kit with a hard top and a winch?

Thanks from the new guy
