Suggestions for my 2000 Wrangler?

I just got a 2000 Jeep Wrangler, and I'd like to put a grill guard on it. but within the money limits of $100-$350/$400 I'd like to be able to put some lights on it as well. I've found some bull bars..but they just seem small.
I also want to put 31 inch tires on it, no lift..yet.. If anyone could suggest great tires that all together won't cost more than $900. Thanks a lot, I'm new to the forum and new to souping up a Jeep so any help would be greatly appreciated. By the way I have a lil 4cyl :/ so I know 33's and a lift would not help with power. I don't care too, too much but I'd like to get past 85mph.
Thanks again.
-Jon

I would reccomend looking at KC daylighter lights, other competitors for that style of lights such as Hella and Delta for all inclusive light bars. I have not used any, but have heard good reviews and its worth starting your search there. Also I doubt you will find 33's for $900. Treadwright retread tires would be in your budget (I think for metric 33's) but you should search and read reviews.

So I can point you on the way, but cant offer a personal experience
