Is this a streetable/DD jeep?

Hey guys, I have been a mechanic for around ten years now, but this is my first venture into lifted off-road vehicles. Formerly I have built Chevys, hondas for auto cross, ect.. So, forgive me, but I don't know to much about off-roading..

Here is whats in the Jeep:
-94 jeep wrangler 4CYL w/ 87,000 orig miles
-I believe it is on 33's with around a 3-4 inch lift (not certain tho)
-ARB locker in front
-rear detroit gearless in rear
-4.56 gears
-4 to 1 transfer case with slip yoke eliminator kit ,
-tom woods drive shaft
-posi -lock system

I guess my main concerns are its streetability. I need to be able to drive this on the highway from time to time and also make a trip home 2-3 times a year(8 hour drive through mountains). It will be driven 80% on the street and 20% on trails and such.

Also I have heard that the Detroit gearless rear-end is unreliable.. Is this an older issue or is it still a problem with these Differentials?

Thank you so much for the help guys, if you need any more information let me know and ill get it to you!

whats the price ? nothing worse than spending to much on a modified vehicle and replacing all the mods because they are **** , thats why I bought a stock one , some built rigs are done right and some are done cheap , there is a huge difference in a quality susspension vs a budget one

The 2.5 is not the most powerfull engine and with 33's, your 8 hour trip home will be considerably longer !!

I owned a few 2.5l jeeps both had 33-35" tires and 4.88 gears. For awhile I was driving 90 mile round trips

Sweet! Thanks for the fast answer guys! And to answer the questions asked. The guy wants 5500 for it. It has no rust and has always been garage kept. It has a 4.5 inch lift with BDS military wrapped springs and 33in super swampers on it.. Thanks again for the fast replies!
