Stock TJ Flares VS. Xenon Flat Flares

Im stumped. Should I spend the $40 for a set of OEM TJ flares or save up for the Xenon YJ Flat flares? I dont want to modify my tub and do any more cutting drilling or even tube fenders. I understand that it will be a lot cheaper or more beneficial to start in with the sawzall but I like the fact that my jeeps only rust is on the ammo can installed where my winch used to be. The ultimate goal is to fit 35's with my 4" lift. (not 4.5, I went back to stock shackles to match the teraflex revolver length)

Input is appreciated but input with pictures is recommended.

Oh and money isnt that important with the issue, I'm a patient man and dont have to purchase now, theres always next month. (Wife willing)
