Stock 95 YJ lookin for answers

I just bought a 95 YJ, completely stock. I'm looking at getting the 4" RC lift and am trying to figure out if i can run 32x11.50's on my stock rims which are 15x8. also, if i'm going to need to get wheel spacers to keep from rubbing, i'll most likely use this jeep on-road and light off-road (not much flexing)

Thanks!

You should be OK like that. I don't think you'll need the wheel spacers much but that would be a personal choice and opinion. Far as the lift goes, a 4" lift will clear 33's easy. You could probably get away with a 2-1/2 lift instead and save some $$$ that way. Especially if you went with say a set of 5/8 boom shackles.

Thanks for the input, but the 2.5" and 4" are the same price from Rough Country. I was just gonna go with 32's to save some $. I just didn't know if the 11.50's would fit on the 8" rim. But I'll definitely look into the 2.5 and shackles!

My concern is the stock wheel backspace may set your tires into the springs on full steering lock and you'll likely rub at full suspension stuff (or less).

That's my concern too, but I doubt I'll be doing much off-roading requiring to be at full steering. Mostly road driving. I have a Toyota I take off-road. Thanks for the help though!

One u-turn and you'll be reconsidering... Jeeps have a great turning radius.

True..I didn't consider that. I guess I'll just see what happens to see if I'll need to get wheel spacers or not. I'm just trying to save some money by using the stock rims for now.

I can't believe it. I often forget when doing a u-torn and I have to quick stop turning so my back tire doesn't hit the median.
