Steering Vibrations

Hey everyone. Recently I've noticed that when I make turns in my Jeep, the steering seems to almost "pull" back to the center. It's not a constant pull, but almost as if the steering wheel is pulsing. I'm thinking it might be the power steering belt. When I make sharp turns around a corner it doesn't do it, only on short, wider turns. The fan belt also needs to be replaced. When I start her up I get that great screeching sound until the fan belt settles in. Could this be linked to the steering problem? Thanks for any input.

Sounds like the power steering pump or belt. How's the fluid level & belt condition?
