Steel Horse hinges

I know Steel Horse pretty much sucks, but can they screw up something as simple as a hinge? I need some new windshield hinges and it is either steel horse or kentrol stainless, and I really don't need the stainless becuase I am going to paint it anyway.(But, if it is a better hinge, then maybe I should get the kentrol anyway. I don't know.)

Thanks guys

You are going to have to paint the Steel Horse hinges anyways, that is if they even fit the prexisting holes. When you buy Steel Horse you buy at your own risk. Yes they can screw up something as simple as a hinge.

I just did a search on steel horse, and answered my own question. So, I'm going to pass. Are Windshield hinges and stuff still available from the jeep dealer, or is that stuff all long gone.

They should be available from the dealer. I get a lot of my parts from the dealer, like the tie down kit and hood latches.
