Sputtering in low rpm

I have a 2.5L 4 cyl, I have recently replaced the head gasket due to milky oil. I have cleaned every inch on the engine i could during the tear down. Changed the spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor. But it still sputters in low rpm. Its sputters when you start out in any gear also. The sputter in the low rpm is really jerky also. I have also had the fuel pump amd filter changed also. All my vaccum lines seem to be in good shape. But still sputtering.... help me please
