Without knowing what gears you've got I couldn't tell you what you need. Read this very short thread and look at the links I posted and you'll be on your way.

you need to know the gearing in your axles. for example I have 35's and 4.10's so I got a 33 tooth speedo there is a chart on quadratec, 4wd, etc... they are all over the place on what tooth speedo gear goes with which setup.

Quadratec has some speedo gears for $20 or so, just got me a 26 tooth one for now. It makes a LOAD of difference!!! I have 3.07 gears with 31x10.50's. When I go to 4.10/11's and 33x10.50's, I'll need a 34 tooth gear. Now, I don't know what happened, but, I pulled a 34 tooth gear out of my t-case!! Now, how in the world did that work, maybe someone had big tires on it at one time, I just don't know.

Anyway, Quadratec's website, as well as 4WDH's site, are great sites to go to, they have lot of info one alot of their products.
