It was a grand cheaper to build it that it was to buy the long block. Even then either way you still need to order addiitonal items like the Throttle Body, Injectors, ect.... I also had to replace other items and do a lot of other repairs, so I don't have an accurate cost. Parts will very based on your engine's condition.
