Well this past fall I never got around to putting my hardtop back on, so I've been running the soft top all winter... And it wasn't bad at all actually. I'd switch whenever you start feeling the urge to take the top of personally.

Topless for Summer !

YES! when winter passes the topless look is in, and the hardtop is stored until next year. I personally just replaced my hardtop with a Bestop Sunrider top (Folding Sunroof Option), and I take off the steel doors which are replaced with the Bestop Half Doors (Hard Version), using soft uppers with rolling plastic windows.

Although it is still winter up here (Vermont), I plan to change my top this Sunday! I will post pictures of the results as soon as it is done.

GO FOR IT, TOPLESS SUMMERS ARE GREAT

im probably just gonna take the top off near the end of the month considering that we have been having crap weather up in ct (sunny and cold 1 day, warm and rainy the next). but i dont have a softop, so im just gonna say you could go with the soft top now if u feel.

top in the summer?

Hmmmm,

a top in the summer??? thats a neat idea......

These past two years, as soon as the warmer weather (thats 65 in Massachusetts), my hardtop comes off, rugs come out, the half doors go on, and I run like that all summer/fall, well only up until I'm seeing my breath while I'm driving to work. I keep my bikini under my front seat just incase it starts to rain, theres a towel under there also to wipe the water off the seats....I've been rained on several times driving too/from where ever... I live /work in the same town so its not that bad....

My soft top got put on last weekend and the hardtop is stored till next fall. The soft doors go on in May or anytime the weather warms up and the rain is less frequent.....

I don't have a hard top, so I went soft-top all winter ( and central Maine had a hard, cold winter). It's no big deal.
