soft doors i just bought off craigslist dont fit

so i bought soft doors from a guy off craigslist. he sent me pictures and they were in really nice condition so i bought them. he told me they would fit a yj. well they dont. the top corner is rounded but its about an inch too tall and an inch too wide. also, the latch mechanisim isnt made to grab the latch of the yj. it looks like the latches on the hardtop back glass. can someone tell me if these are supposed to be for a cj? or if they are just modified and usless and i just wasted ll my money. ill post pictures in a sec

They sound like cj but they will still fit. Change the striker bolt on the jeep and if its for round corners it should fit a hardtop.
