Just in case:
You can get at it pretty easy if you remove your door panel. Easy to break removal situation with old plastic panels, but it also doesn't matter much when you put it back on if you only break one connection. Once you get the panel off, you will be able to see the problem.
Prolly wanna lube your locks while you are at it. I've heard using WD-40 is bad, as it attracts dirt in the long run. Use a lube made specificly for locks. I used WD-40 and it fixed my locks .... but someone else said that was bad.
