Shock info

I need help picking out some new shocks for my 93 wrangler. Im lookin at likely monotubes. What is the best possible yet still affordable shocks you can think of. Possibly someone could tell me a good size I'm running 33s on somewhere around 5- 5 1/2 in lift leaf springs and shackles. Rides ****in hard. So what would be a good shock that's forgiving on bumps and let's me have good flex. A size.

Nobody can give you a definitive size. Do the work and measure for it. As for a suggestion, Bilstein 5100 series shocks are great. I still haven't received mine but I have ridden in a jeep that had them.

I just gave a quick guide as to how to measure for shocks earlier this week. Read this to figure it out.

Is it that he won't or can't? Follow Anti's link and it will answer you questions. I had to do this when I relocated my rear shock mounts.
