Shark skin wipe on finish

Has anyone tried this product on their aluminum valve cover to stop oxidation? Or on any of part of their jeep? I saw it on Truck U tv show and if does have of what those guys say it does it would be great. More than likely its another snake oil.

Haven't used it myself, but have heard good things
BTW it's called Shark HIDE
it's made by Eastwood Co, which to me says something... I understand your hesitation, but Eastwood isn't really known as a snake oil type company for any of their products.

MY only hesitation would be cost... it's about $60 for a quart.

The por 15 stuff looks good. It sure would be great to stop the oxidation on the aluminum surfaces. I guess I will have to be the giny pig and try it.
