Shackle length increase

I am thinking of putting 1-1/2 " longer shackles on my otherwise stock YJ. Has anyone tried this (I see they are commercially available) and what issues might they cause (bending the springs, driveshaft length issues, etc).
P.S. I have new stock front leaf springs on it but the added wgt of a winch I installed has droppd the front a little too much for my liking. I just want to level it all out.

no issues as far as leaf springs etc. the only downfall that i see is that your approach angle will be less that stock. BUT not a issue.
