Shackle bolt size??

I will soon be installing a Rubicon Express 4" lift into my 93 yj. I am going to replace the bushings at the top of the shackle where they bolt into the frame since they are 17 years old and disappearing(rotting) away. I plan on putting new bolts in. What size should the bolts be?

The actual measurement is from the shoulder to the end of the threads, so make sure you get the correct length fasteners.

Yeah, just one quick side note. I just did this when I put new shackles on my Jeep, the 1/2"x4" is the right size with stock shackles, which I am assuming you are using, but I had to get 1/2" x 5" because my new shackles are 3/8" thick, and I used washers on each size with a lock washer.
