Several slider & factory soft top questions

My driverís side upper slider has the front section of glass broken and the knob to pull it is missing. Can a glass shop replace the glass? Where can I find a replacement knob?
Is the larger handle supposed to hold the glass stationary when you open it? If yes, mine doesn't. What's do I need to repair/replace?
What type and size bolts/screws do I need to install the half door side posts? These are the rails that go up the sides of the windshield where I'm pointing.
